The client is from Ohio, USA. He is a local middleman who has been engaged in the plastic trade for a long time. He accepted a commission from another factory to purchase a batch of screw elements for twin-screw granulators.

The customer has extremely high requirements for the wear resistance, concentricity, and mixing uniformity of threaded components, and requires us to provide 1-2 samples.

The customer’s work efficiency is very high, and they immediately sent us the drawings. After our communication and discussion, the delivery time for samples is 30 days, and the delivery time for bulk goods is 10 days.

Customized extruder screw element

The twin-screw threaded components for this batch shipment are all made of industrial-grade W6Mo5Cr4V2 (American standard M2 material) high-speed tool steel material, which has undergone deep nitriding, precision grinding, and heat treatment hardening processes.

High hardness and wear resistance, very suitable for high-load industrial production conditions such as glass fiber reinforcement, high filling, flame retardant modification, ABS/PP/PA blending, etc.

If common problems such as uneven discharge, color difference of particles, and fluctuations in production capacity occur during production, the first step is to check whether the screw and barrel are worn, which affects the granulation yield. The equipment should be maintained promptly.

Each screw element undergoes strict dimensional re-inspection, appearance inspection, and dynamic balance testing before leaving the factory.

Export standard independent rust-proof packaging, classified packing, with a detailed specification list to ensure zero damage and zero error upon overseas arrival.
