Screw design

  • The 25mm screw diameter significantly reduces the amount of raw material required, allowing a complete extrusion experiment to be completed with a production rate of 5kg/hour. This means that the cost of trial and error is greatly reduced in the research and development of expensive, modified, and degradable materials.
  • With L/D 28~33:1, it ensures that the material obtains a sufficiently long plasticizing path within the compact machine body, achieving sufficient melt homogenization. This eliminates crystallization points and color streaks from the source, and the surface finish of the sheet is comparable to that of large-scale production lines

Drive and temperature control

  • 0-95rpm variable frequency speed regulation, ±1℃ precise temperature control. Speed and temperature are crucial to the quality of the sheet material
  • The machine is driven by a servo or variable frequency motor, allowing for infinitely smooth speed adjustment within the range of 0-95rpm. Coupled with a digital intelligent temperature control system, the temperature deviation in each zone is firmly locked within ±1℃
  • Whether it’s processing general-purpose materials like PP and PE, or handling more temperature-sensitive materials like TPU, we can find a stable and reliable process window to ensure no scorching, degradation, or fragmenting

Die head and molding.

  • With a die lip width of 300mm and optimized runner design, it can meet the width requirements for most laboratory prototyping and small-scale products (such as blister cups, fast food box lids, and stationery clips), and supports customization of width according to actual applications.

Complete machine configuration and expansion

  • Modular combination, multi-purpose machine. The tablet pressing process adopts three-roller calendering and cooling setting, with a roller surface roughness of less than 0.2μm, ensuring a smooth surface and good transparency of the tablet.
