Two-Stage Extruder Application Areas
The dual-stage extruder employs a unique “two-stage series connection” design, achieving efficient material processing and stable product quality through the collaborative operation of two independent extrusion units.
- Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products: including soft and hard PVC pipes, profiles, sheets, etc
- XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene): used for cable insulation layer, hot water pipe, and other products
- Low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable material: a cable material that meets fire protection requirements
- Shielding material: a shielding material used in the field of electronic and electrical appliances
Common Models
- Type 65-150: The first-stage screw has a diameter of 62.4mm and an aspect ratio of 24-48:1, while the second-stage screw has a diameter of 150mm. With a reference production capacity of 200-500kg/h, it is suitable for the production of medium-sized cable materials, PE cross-linked materials, and high-concentration carbon black masterbatch.
- Type 75-180: The diameter of the first-stage screw is 71mm, and the diameter of the second-stage screw is 180mm. Its production capacity ranges from 400 to 800kg/h, making it widely used in low-smoke, halogen-free flame-retardant cable materials and other products with stringent mixing requirements.
One device connects multiple possibilities in series, allowing you to meet more complex market demands with a more streamlined production line.
