Extrusion process parameter control:
- Feed the uniformly mixed materials into a co-rotating twin-screw/ single screw extruder
- The processing temperature of PP PE is controlled at 150-250 ℃
- The entire process adopts PID precise temperature control, with temperature fluctuations controlled within ± 2 ℃, to avoid further degradation of plastics caused by excessive temperature
- During the extrusion process, vacuum exhaust is activated to extract volatile matter and residual moisture from the material, thereby improving the internal density of the particles
- Automatic hydraulic filter, filters impurities, reduces manual labor, convenient and fast
- Use Water strand pelleting system(The melting point is too high, need Water Ring pelleting system)
