  • Three-dimensional swirl flow + dual-power shear system: The multi-axis linkage high-speed blades drive the material to form a dual effect of vortex flow and convection within the chamber, ensuring that even lightweight fibers and heavy powders with a density difference of 10 times can have each microscopic particle fully dispersed
  • Mixing uniformity: The mixing uniformity coefficient of variation (CV) value is stably controlled within 5%, and the colorant dispersion uniformity is ≥99.3%. The fiber clumping rate has been reduced from 15% to below 0.5%.
  • PID intelligent temperature control system: For temperature-sensitive plastics or additives, the thermal module temperature + sensor monitors the temperature in real-time, with a difference within ±2℃.
