  • Mixing uniformity: The mixing uniformity coefficient of variation (CV) value is stably controlled within 5%, and the colorant dispersion uniformity is ≥99.3%. The fiber clumping rate has been reduced from 15% to below 0.5%.
  • PID intelligent temperature control system: For temperature-sensitive plastics or additives, the thermal module temperature + sensor monitors the temperature in real-time, with a difference within ±2℃.
