Common Barrel Materials

  1. 38CrMoAla: High hardness, corrosion resistance, mainly used in PET sheets, characterized by being hard on the outside and soft on the inside, and corrosion resistance.
  2. Hastelloy alloy: Highly corrosion-resistant, generally used as a whole, applied to fluoroplastics.
  3.  316L, with super corrosion resistance and rust prevention, is mainly used for extrusion in the food industry.
  4. Cr26, Cr12MoV: ultra-high chromium powder alloy, a highly wear-resistant bushing with an extremely high cost-performance ratio.
  5. Powder nickel-based alloy: a hard-face alloy material with excellent wear resistance, featuring both wear and corrosion resistance, and offering high cost-effectiveness.
  6.  Imported powder metallurgy: It still exhibits ultra-high wear resistance and corrosion resistance in corrosive and abrasive environments.
