The Process Of Replacing The Gearbox
1) Oil seal leaking
- Replace the oil seal and inspect the gear shaft at the oil seal for wear. If there is wear, it is recommended to replace the output shaft.
2)Decreased power
- It is recommended to clean and replace the gear oil, which means regular maintenance is necessary. Additionally, check whether the gear shaft is worn.
3)Anomaly
- Check whether the bearing or gear shaft is worn or misaligned, and it is recommended to replace it
4)Distortion and misalignment
- Common causes include aging or worker operational errors. Check the housing for damage. If the housing is damaged, it is recommended to replace the gearbox with a new one. If not damaged, replace all the gears and bearings inside to ensure stable operation.
Replacing the gearbox is an extremely complex task.
Before replacement, it is necessary to know parameters such as gearbox speed, motor power, installation hole position, center distance, center height, etc.
Directly replacing the original gearbox is the most time-saving approach.
If the outer shell is not damaged, replacing the gear shaft or bearing inside is a cost-effective way.
